This property has the following check-in and check-out times and policies.

Check-In: 2:00 PM
Check-Out: 10:00 AM
All early check-ins, late check-ins after 6 PM, must be cleared with staff prior to arrival through email at annm@spurofthemomentranch.org or phone or call/text at 715-276-3726. Late checkouts must be cleared with staff prior to or during stay personally or through phone call/text at 715-276-3726.   Charges may apply.

General Terms and Conditions

Please read are Terms and Conditions carefully as these conditions incorporate the basis on which bookings for Spur of the Moment Ranch, LLC are accepted. The terms and conditions below are for bookings made directly via www.spurofthemomentranch.org; and payments via our gateway system. By  using this site, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Terms and Conditions may be revised periodically by updating this posting. The revised terms will take effect when they are posted.

Check-in time is 2:00 PM. Spur of the Moment Ranch, LLC reserves the right to assign an early check-in fee. Full payment is expected at the time of check-in. Payment may be cash; check; Mastercard; Visa; or Discover.

Check-out time is 10:00 AM. You may request a late check-out, however, there are times when we are very busy and late check-out is not possible. All extra charges if there are any need to be paid by time of check-out. You do not need to check out at the office if all of your charges have been safisfied. Please remember to leave key on the hook or table in the cabin, and close cabin door.

General Rules

Spur of Moment Ranch, LLC expects quiet hours from 10:00 PM until 8:00 AM. We provide an atmosphere that is enjoyable and relaxing to our guests. Please respect other guests and the ranch. Disorderly conduct will not be tolerated. Those offending will be evicted without a refund.

All cabins and the bathhouse are smoke free. You are welcome to smoke outside where you will find receptacles provided for your convenience. There is a $250 fine to anyone caught violating this rule.

Fireworks are not permitted to be used at Spur of the Moment Ranch, LLC. We have many horse and dog guests as well as people which make loud and unexpected noises a problem, and we are at the edge of the Chequamegon-Nicolet National Forest which is a fire hazard  for use of fireworks. Please check with staff regarding current burn bans that apply to Oconto County before starting your campfire.

Guarantee Policy

A valid credit card will be required at booking. The credit card used at the time of booking must be presented by the guest together with positive identification on check-in at the property. The property shall debit the credit card for all cancellations, no-shows, or  for any damages caused by the guest to the property, howsoever arising. The transaction constitutes an electronic transaction and a binding agreement in terms of the guest authorizes the property to debit the credit card as stated above and guests written signature shall not be required for authorization purposes.

Deposit Policy

A deposit may be required.

Cancellation Policy

A  No Show will result in full charges for the cabin or campsite rented. No exceptions. If the card is invalid or has insufficient funds available, the guest will be red flagged and not allowed to return until the No Show is paid in full. 

If a guest cancels prior to the 14-Day Cancellation policy no charges will be incurred from Spur of the Moment Ranch. Obviously, calling as soon as you know you will not be able to keep your reservation is much appreciated. Cancellation does need to be an email or text that has been responded to by the staff of Spur of the Moment Ranch to be valid. 

If you call within the 14-Days of Cancellation, we do appreciate the fact that you are letting us know, you may be assessed your first night cabin or campsite charge in penalty. Please talk to us, I do realize that difficult situations do arise and take that into consideration. Cancellation does need to be an email or text that has been responded to by the staff of Spur of the Moment Ranch to be valid. 

We reserve rights to cancel or modify reservations if it appears that a customer has provided an invalid credit card, engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity, or the reservation contain or resulted from a mistake or error. In addition we also reserve the right to cancel or amend bookings if they do not adhere to our terms and conditions. If a guest chooses to shorten their stay or check out early, no refund is given.

Pricing Errors

Spur of the Moment Ranch, LLC reserves the right to cancel contracts based upon incorrect information being displayed in relation to price or service at any point in time.

Disclaimers

As a condition of your use of this Website, you warrant to Spur of the Moment Ranch, LLC that you will not use this Website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices. Although Spur of the Moment Ranch, LLC may from time to time monitor or review discussions, chats, postings, transmissions, bulletin boards, and the like on this Website, Spur of the Moment Ranch, LLC is under no obligation to do so and assumes no responsibility or liability arising from the content of any such locations nor for any error, defamation, libel, slander, omission, falsehood, obscenity, pornography, profanity, danger, or inaccuracy contained in any information within such locations on the Website. You are prohibited from posting or transmitting any unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, scandalous, inflammatory, pornographic, or profane material or any material that could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any law. Spur of the Moment Ranch, LLC will fully cooperate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing l Spur of the Moment Ranch, LLC to disclose the identity of anyone posting any such information or materials.

Notwithstanding anything contained in these Terms and Conditions to the contrary, Spur of the Moment Ranch, LLC and its affiliates shall not be responsible for indirect damage, damage arising from consequential damage or special circumstances, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profit, loss of use, loss of opportunity, arisen out of the performance or non performance of obligations under this Terms and Conditions.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Products and or services in and available through the site may not be available at all times.
