Are you planning on joining the hunt this year, there are safety tips to remember when hunting. Please know and familiarize yourself with where you are hunting. Remember that public land is shared by all. Treat everyone you encounter with respect. If you come across another hunter, make them aware of your presence and go the other way. Remember that there may be multiple species of hunting occurring at the same time, so a grouse hunter may encounter a deer hunter. Always keep your cool, so that everyone can have a safe and enjoyable hunt.
