Our Vogt family reunion spent 4 days at the ranch in our log cabins thoroughly enjoying the area. They have several high school age children; and young adults in the family who love a little excitement in their adventures, so what better way to spend the day than rafting down the Wolf River in Wisconsin. There are several rafting companies that have trips on the Wolf, but their choice for the day was Shotgun Eddies off HWY 55 in Langlade County Wisconsin. For those folks with younger children; or older adults who just prefer a float, try Bob and Joni’s, also on HWY 55 in Langlade Wisconsin. Floating and rafting trips on the Wolf River in Wisconsin are approximately 15-20 miles from Spur of the Moment Ranch in Mountain, Wisconsin.
