Check out Oconto County for Labor Day Weekend Plans. Red Arrow Snowmobile ATV Club is hosting their annual Corn Roast  and  ATV Parade September 1rst at Barb’s Valley Inn just north of Townsend, Wisconsin on HWY 32. You do not have to have an ATV or UTV to join in the fun, but if you do bring your ATV/UTV to the Townsend Shell at 10:00 AM to join in the parade. Parade Marshall Annetta Janda will lead the machines up the Nicolet Trail to  the corn roast. Come rain or shine, festivities will be under the cover of a big tent. Proceeds go to maintaining and improving the snowmobile/ATV trails in the Townsend area.

Labor Day Weekend there is also a Annual Celebration in Suring, Wisconsin. Friday evening there are truck pulls and live music. Saturday there is the Arts and Crafts fair beginning at 8:00 AM; chili cook-off at 11:00 AM. Check out the children’s chalk art; quilt show; craft show; car show; and antique tractor pull. Saturday evening  the celebration continues with a farm tractor pull and live music. Sunday brings children and adults water fights, fish boil, stage show, and live music. Sunday evening attend the garden tractor pulls, and fireworks. The weekend culminates on Monday with a parade at 10:00 AM followed by live music; Lions/Lioness food and pie stand open after the parade.
